Please inspect your shipment as soon as possible. If you find any defects with the product within three days of receiving it, we will be happy to replace the product at our highest priority. In case of a problem with the product, we will pay all shipping charges.
If, for any reason, you wish to return the product, we will provide store credit if the product is returned within seven days. If the return is for a reason other than defective product, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Product must be unopened and in perfect condition to receive credit.
To return a product, follow these steps:
- Log in to the site and navigate to "My Account" > "Order History".
- Click on the "eye"/view details button for the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Click the return button in the row containing the item you wish to return.
- Complete and submit the Product Returns form.
- We will contact you within one business day with information on how to proceed.
